We want you to be confident in your purchase of ProductPilot AI (operated by Avolyx Global Limited). If you are not satisfied with a paid subscription, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your original order date.

What's Eligible

  • Initial purchase of a monthly or annual subscription, requested within 30 days of the order date.
  • Renewal charges where you can demonstrate the renewal was unintended (e.g. you intended to cancel) and the request is made promptly after the renewal date.

Refunds outside the 30-day window are considered on a case-by-case basis and at our reasonable discretion.

How to Request a Refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle, who is the Merchant of Record for our orders. You can request a refund in either of these ways:

  • Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email address you used at checkout, or
  • Email our support team at billing@avolyx.com with your order email and the reason for the request.

Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method. Processing times depend on your bank or card issuer and typically take 5–10 business days.

Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation stops future renewals; you retain access to paid features until the end of the current billing period.
